Club / Service Application

Mines & Pines Revisited is looking for your Hibbing area non-profit 501(c)3 status club or service organization! Two options are available, booth or demo/activity only.

Booth Fees: 

Booth fees depend on the group you fall into. The final deadline to apply is August 9, 2024. You must select one of the following application types when submitting your application. 

Club/Service Organization Registration: $30 application fee + $30 = $60 Full Registration: Must provide service in the Arrowhead Region. The purpose of Club/Service Organization entries must be primarily to promote the organization and its mission. 

Demonstration/Activity Only: ($30 application fee) Artists or organizations that would like to present a demonstration or host a hands-on activity without having a booth at the art fair may apply under Demo/Activity Only. Demonstrations and activities should promote the arts for adults or children. Demonstrations and activities will be coordinated and scheduled ahead of the event so the schedule can be included in marketing materials. 

Event Schedule:

Thursday, August 15, 2024: Booth set-up 4:00 – 8:00 pm (if needed)

Friday, August 16, 2024: Booth set-up 8:00am-10:00 am. Art festival 10:00pm-6:00pm Live music performances 10:00pm-6:00pm

Saturday, August 17, 2024: Art festival 10:00am-4:00pm Live music performances 10:00pm-6:00pm

CLUB or SERVICE APPLICATION INFORMATION:

The M&PR committee or the City of Hibbing will not be responsible for any loss, claims, or liability for exhibitors. Cancellation & Refund Policy: No refunds will be made after booths are assigned and reservations are confirmed. No refunds will be provided in the case of misrepresentation of the artist’s work or for inclement weather. The event will take place rain or shine. Booth Set-Up Requirements: Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, and chairs. Electricity is not available for artist booths.
