 The Mines & Pines Revisited Festival will be held Friday, August 14, and Saturday, August 15, 2025 at historic Bennett Park. 

$200 - Set-up & Event Fee 

The preferred method of payment is Paypal on the website or mail check to:

Note: Non-refundable payment and application are due by July 17, 2026. 

You will not be allowed to set up without payment and submitting an application by the due date. 

VENDOR RULES/SET UP INFORMATION 

To: All Vendors participating in the Mines & Pines Revisited Festival from 10:00am to 6:00pm Friday, August 14 and 10:00am to 6:00pm Saturday, August 15, 2025. 

1. Location set-up time will be Thursday, August 13 any time from 4:00pm-7:00pm or 8:00-10:00am on Friday, August 14. (You will have the exact location both Friday and Saturday). 

2. Please use the dumpsters around the park for your garbage. If your area is not cleaned, you will be charged a $100 clean-up fee. 

3. No selling silly string, smoke bombs, stink bombs, or fireworks of any kind. You will be removed from the premises and not invited back if you sell these items. 

4. Power will be turned on and available for hook-up in the food vendor area of Bennett Park. There is no additional power fee for this event. Limited 240V outlets available. We welcome any questions. Please call 218-929-3448.
